BuyYou delivers orders across Pakistan. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

BuyYou may contact customers by phone or WhatsApp to confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders before dispatch.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after the order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond BuyYou's control.

Delivery Areas

BuyYou currently delivers across Pakistan, subject to courier availability in the customer's area.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

Cash on Delivery

BuyYou offers Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

Customers do not need to make an advance payment for COD orders. The full order amount must be paid in cash when the order is delivered.

Order Confirmation

BuyYou may contact customers to confirm their order and delivery details before dispatch.

If an order cannot be confirmed, BuyYou may cancel the order to prevent unsuccessful deliveries.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If an order is delayed or does not arrive within the expected delivery period, customers can contact BuyYou at buyyou559@gmail.com.

BuyYou will contact the relevant courier service and assist with checking the delivery status.

Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing a correct name, phone number, and complete delivery address when placing an order.

If incorrect or incomplete information causes a delivery failure, additional delivery charges may apply or the order may need to be cancelled.

Damaged Packages

Customers should inspect the package when it is delivered. If the package appears seriously damaged, customers should contact BuyYou as soon as possible with photos or videos so the issue can be reviewed.
